OAS at 75

Since July 2022 the OAS pension is permanently 10% higher for pensioners 75 and over: $827.17 a month against $751.97 for ages 65–74 in the July–September 2026 quarter.

What the engine does

• An OAS stream entered for a recipient under 75 is taken as the 65–74 amount and raised by 10% from the calendar year they turn 75 (the plan knows a birth year, not a birthday).
• A stream that starts at 75 or later is taken exactly as typed.

What it deliberately does not

The recovery-tax upper limit is also higher at 75+; the clawback formula is unchanged and simply recovers more before it exhausts the larger pension.
